I needed to have something delivered same day and D&L was able to do it! It was promptly delivered and the product was handled with care. The recipient sent me a photo as a thank you and it was a full set and bigger than the picture. The description does state that they do their best to replicate their product photo and the item that was delivered was similar to the model picture, but not exact. I'd recommend and use this service again!

They called twice when they couldn’t find the address... I worried because this has happened before and I’m thinking “oh no moms gonna think I forgot her bday” They were so awesome! Brought it on time... in a well dressed suit... AND EVEN SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Worth every penny. The bouquet was beautiful and my mom felt super special on her day. Thank you!!!

I ordered an arrangement for my mother in law at about 8:30 AM and it was delivered at 2:30 PM. She loved it. The only suggestion I’d have is to have a better system to check for updates. I had to follow up around 4 PM to make sure they were delivered. Will use again. :)
