***** UPDATE ***** Owner contacted me immediately and rectified the problem. Wonderful response by receiving a direct call and when Owner could not reach me he left multiple messages. That is why I changed my review score! I wish other Owners would care as much. ******************************************************** Let me start by saying the customer service and communication were great! The arrangement came from the main store but they got the flowers to the Clovis store in the time I needed to pick up. That part was A+. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the size for the price. I paid for the medium size and it was so small for what I was expecting for what I paid. It had a broken daisy and a limp bent over rose which I pointed out after walking out but came back in after I notice and they were very nice to replaced those 2 flowers. Since the arrangement was small, it was easy to spot. Arrangement did not look very fresh, as usually D & L flowers look perky. I received an arrangement from a friend at Vons during the holidays and that was waaaaaay cheaper and much fresher looking. I am sad because D & L has always been my Go To! It was to celebrate our first grandchild so it was a little bit of a disappointment.

Loved how the delivery person followed directions and also was so polite! He went above and beyond! The bouquet was so worth it's price! I will definitely use you guys again and again! Thank you!
