From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making my mom’s 86th birthday so incredibly special. I placed an online order about a week in advance, and the day before delivery I received a call from the florist. He explained that the arrangement I had selected was on the smaller side. After reading my note that my mom’s favorite color is purple, he surprised me by creating a much more beautiful arrangement with gorgeous purple roses, an elegant purple vase, and festive purple balloons. When my mom received the flowers, she was absolutely overjoyed. Seeing how happy they made her meant the world to me. It’s the little acts of kindness and genuine care like this that truly set a business apart. The arrangement was absolutely stunning, but what impressed me most was the thoughtfulness, compassion, and outstanding customer service. They didn’t just deliver flowers, they helped create a cherished birthday memory for my mom that our family will always remember. Thank you for going above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend this florist and will definitely be a returning customer.
