This is the second year in a row I ordered a bouquet for my mother for her birthday from D&L. The bouquet that arrived this time did not fully meet expectations, unfortunately. However, after getting in touch with D&L, they were very understanding and rectified the situation. I appreciate the the service provided and my mother loved her flowers!
